Is propolis safe for sensitive scalps?
Our bases are designed for sensitive use; however, always patch test first due to individual sensitivities.
Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?
Formulas are vegan; propolis is the only bee-derived ingredient. We do not test on animals.
Where do you source propolis?
From ethically managed stingless-bee partners in the Philippine Rainforest near Mayon Volcano.
Do you help with dandruff-prone scalps?
Our Sensitive Shampoo is formulated for Malassezia-prone scalps to support comfort and flake control (cosmetic positioning).
Will the Hair Growth Serum regrow hair?
We do not claim regrowth. The serum supports scalp balance and the appearance of thicker, fuller hair and a stimulation of the hair follicles.
What’s the difference between Regular, Extra, and Forte serums?
Graduated intensities: Regular (daily starter), Extra (more concentrated), Forte (most concentrated). Choose based on scalp tolerance and routine.
Can I use your serums with microneedling?
Our professionals at HEADS use propolis-based serums cosmetically with microneedling. Consult your microneedling specialist; follow clinic protocols and patch test.
Are your products color-safe and suitable for chemically treated hair?
Yes, they are formulated to be gentle and color-care compatible. Patch test recommended.
How do I use the Hair Growth Serum?
Apply to clean scalp 1–2× daily (or as directed), focus on target areas, massage lightly, do not rinse, and be consistent for 8–12 weeks.
How soon might I notice changes?
Users often report a calmer scalp within weeks; cosmetic appearance benefits typically build with consistent use over 8-12+ weeks.
What is the PAO/shelf life?
Check the Period-After-Opening symbol on pack (e.g., 6–12M). Store cool, dry, and away from direct sun. Keep cap closed.
