[HEADS by volu-medä] is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights. National Privacy Commission

1. What we collect

• Account & order data: name, contact, delivery address, order details, payment reference (no full card numbers stored).
• Support & returns: photos/videos you send, chat/email content.
• Device & usage: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, time on page; limited cookies/SDKs for essential functions, analytics, and (if you opt in) marketing.

2. Why we collect (lawful bases)
