3. User Conduct — You agree not to: (a) misuse the Site; (b) interfere with security, features, or networks; (c) scrape or harvest data without consent; (d) upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.

4. Medical / Safety Disclaimer (Cosmetics) — Our products are cosmetics, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Terms & Conditions of Sale (Webshop)

1. Contracting Party — Orders are placed with [HEADS by volu-medä] (“we/us”).

2. Order Process & Payment

• Order button clearly confirms payment obligation.
• We accept [GCash, cards, bank transfer, please mention all]. Your card/wallet will be charged instantly when the order is confirmed.

3. Pricing & Availability — Prices and availability may change without notice. If we discover an error in pricing or availability, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel with a full refund.

7. Warranties & Statutory Rights — Nothing here limits your rights for defective or misrepresented goods caused by the company under Philippine law.
