Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (PH)

Summary (PH law compliant):

• Defective, damaged, or wrong item → Return/replace/refund available, if caused
  by the company. Customer has to prove that the defect, damage, or wrong item was caused
  by company.
• Change‑of‑mind → Not a legal ground for return or exchange (store policy: not accepted). Department of Trade and Industry
• Opened/unsealed/unpacked cosmetics → No return/exchange for hygiene & safety, except if the item is defective.
• We do not display or enforce any “No Return, No Exchange” statements that waive consumer rights. DTI Web Files

A. What you can return
You may request a remedy if your item is defective, damaged in transit (both from the forwarding company), expired upon delivery, or not as described. Under the Consumer Act, consumers are protected against deceptive, unfair or unconscionable sales acts; remedies include replacement or refund. Philippine National Trade Repository

B. What you cannot return

• Opened or unsealed cosmetics (e.g., broken hygiene seal) for reasons other than defect/misdelivery.
• Change‑of‑mind returns (e.g., wrong color/scent/size) — not accepted. Department of Trade and Industry

C. How to request a return

1. Email contact@volupropol.com within 2 days of delivery (include order #, photos/video). Customer has to prove defect. Company has the right to
   assess.
2. We’ll assess and confirm the appropriate remedy (replacement/refund) and provide a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
3. Shipping costs: If we’re at fault (defect/misdelivery/damage), we cover cheapest available and only reasonable return shipping; otherwise, shipping is your responsibility.
4. Inspection: Returned items undergo quality check. Refunds go back to your original payment method within [4-6] business weeks after approval.

Legal note: We do not use “No Return, No Exchange” wording anywhere (contracts, receipts, pages); such statements are prohibited as deceptive. Our policy cannot diminish your statutory rights. DTI Web Files
